Ideation and Design
I wanted to make it as easy as possible for the target consumer to make an educated decision on whether or not Maytag appliances are the best for them, their household, or their family. Many times, during MiMM, a potential customer will organically find their way to the website, so it was also imperative to make it easy to navigate to the landing page, make a decision, and checkout. It was also up to me to bring a new layout and flow to the design.
Wireframes
Once we crafted the initial low-fidelity wireframes, we transformed our notes and sketches into interactive high-fidelity wireframes. This step was taken to brilliantly showcase the page’s layout and story hierarchy. This allowed us for structural alignment between team members and stakeholders without getting in the weeds of brand tone, look and feel.
Prototype
The Figma prototype is an exciting stage in the design process. It's where I bring our ideas and wireframes to life! Transforming them into an interactive and visually engaging web page experience!
